Telecaller Executive

About the Role

Bugle Technologies Private Limited is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, schedule meetings, and support business growth through effective communication.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
  • Explain company services and offerings professionally
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up calls
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer information
  • Follow up with potential clients through calls, messages, and emails
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion

What We’re Looking For

  • Higher Secondary, Graduate, or equivalent qualification
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and engage with customers
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Good listening and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment

Good to Have

  • Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
  • Knowledge of B2B sales and business communication
  • Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati
