Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business growth opportunities and potential clients.
- Understand and gather client requirements for marketing and expansion.
- Propose strategic social media ideas aligned with client industries.
- Plan content direction, campaign flow, and execution roadmap.
- Coordinate with interns for content creation, flow diagrams, reports, and structured documentation.
- Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and strategy presentations.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Track performance metrics and suggest data-backed improvements.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies using AI tools for efficiency and innovation.
AI & Tools Requirement (Must Have)
Candidate must be aware of and comfortable using:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- HeyGen
- Lovable AI
- Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Basic tools like Canva (preferred)
Ability to use AI strategically for:
- Idea generation
- Content structuring
- Research
- Workflow automation
- Client presentations
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (Final year students can apply).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Creative thinking with structured planning ability.
- Leadership skills to manage and guide interns.
- Strong research capabilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
